In this episode, Drew explains the difference between worldly sorrow and godly sorrow. After Peter denied Jesus three times, he exhibited true repentance and godly sorrow as he “wept bitterly.” This kind of heart and remorse shown is exactly what God is looking for in our hearts today. Its godly sorrow that leads to salvation (2 Cor. 7:10). When we mess up, are we sorry just because “we get caught” or are we sorry that we hurt God?
